At Active Outdoors, we are committed to maintaining your privacy and
trust. Accordingly, we feel it is important to make and keep the
following three point Privacy Promise:
Active Outdoors will only ask you to provide us information that
personally identifies you (e.g. name, e-mail address, etc.) when
you register as a member of Active Outdoors or when it is otherwise
necessary to a specific transaction such as purchasing a hunting
or fishing license, boat registration, campground reservation
or other product.
Under no circumstances will Active Outdoors disclose your personally
identifiable information to a third party unless you have consented
to such a disclosure or we are required to do so by law or to
protect Active Outdoors and its customers.
Active Outdoors will use leading technology and security measures to
ensure that information that personally identifies you, and other
sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) that you
provide to us is well protected and kept confidential.
