		Boat Registration Information Registering your vessel in Maryland involves applying for a Certificate of Title as well as a registration. A single application form is used for both and can be presented in person or mailed to one of the Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Service Centers. DNR Service Center Listings Renewal applications will be mailed to all registered owners approximately 30 days before their Certificate of Vessel Number expires.
